Scope: Interior Design, Flooring, Sanitary, Custom Joinery

A 680㎡ private villa in Runda where flooring, sanitary ware and bespoke joinery were delivered from a single BOQ. Custom SPC flooring and solid-core doors were produced in Foshan, shipped in two 40ft containers, and installed under our supervision — from approved 3D renders to handover in nine weeks.
