AH House was delivered as a single package: flooring, kitchen cabinetry, furniture. Each line was specified against Accra's coastal humidity and salt-laden air, then sourced, sampled and consolidated before it left Foshan.
Flooring
Porcelain, engineered timber or SPC specified for dimensional stability — low moisture movement, and a surface that stays comfortable underfoot in the heat.
Kitchen & Cabinetry
Carcasses built to drawing in moisture-resistant board with soft-close hardware; shop drawings approved before a single panel is cut.
Furniture
Made-to-drawing pieces in solid timber, veneer and upholstery, prototyped where the run justifies it and finished in fabrics sampled in advance.

Batch inspection reports and production photos at each key stage, issued before the container is sealed.
Shipment & Handover
Export packing, supervised loading and a documentation set listed on the packing list, so clearance and site handover do not stall.
