Meakins Road Residence was delivered as a single package: furniture, joinery, sanitary. Each line was specified against Nairobi's high-altitude UV and long dry seasons, then sourced, sampled and consolidated before it left Foshan.
Furniture
Made-to-drawing pieces in solid timber, veneer and upholstery, prototyped where the run justifies it and finished in fabrics sampled in advance.
Joinery
Wardrobes, vanities and wall panelling produced from approved shop drawings, with veneer and finish samples signed off before production.
Sanitary Ware
Wall-hung and rimless units with accessible service voids, so routine maintenance does not mean breaking open finished walls.
