A 680㎡ private villa in Runda where flooring, sanitary ware and bespoke joinery were delivered from a single BOQ. Custom SPC flooring and solid-core doors were produced in Foshan, shipped in two 40ft containers, and installed under our supervision — from approved 3D renders to handover in nine weeks.

The Runda Residence was delivered as a single package: interior design, flooring, sanitary, custom joinery. Each line was specified against Nairobi's high-altitude UV and long dry seasons, then sourced, sampled and consolidated before it left Foshan.
Interior Design
Space planning, material selection and coordinated drawings produced before any order is placed, so the design intent survives contact with the supply chain.
Flooring
Porcelain, engineered timber or SPC specified for dimensional stability — low moisture movement, and a surface that stays comfortable underfoot in the heat.
Sanitary Ware
Wall-hung and rimless units with accessible service voids, so routine maintenance does not mean breaking open finished walls.
Joinery
Wardrobes, vanities and wall panelling produced from approved shop drawings, with veneer and finish samples signed off before production.

Batch inspection reports and production photos at each key stage, issued before the container is sealed.
Shipment & Handover
Export packing, supervised loading and a documentation set listed on the packing list, so clearance and site handover do not stall.
