Floor Tiles

Porcelain and ceramic floor tiles for villas, hotels, offices and retail across Africa and the Gulf: slip-rated, low-maintenance, and supplied in colour-matched batches from Foshan.

Flooring that earns its keep.

In the markets we serve, floors take the hardest punishment of any finish: 40 °C afternoons, dust blown in on dry-season winds, wet feet from pools and rain, and cleaning crews working with hard water. A tile that performs in a temperate showroom can craze, stain or turn slippery within two rainy seasons. That is why our specification starts with the site, not the catalogue.

INDECO supplies porcelain and ceramic floor tiles sourced directly from Foshan factories, consolidated into single shipments with the rest of your fit-out scope. We work to the traffic class, slip rating and finish level your project needs, and we hold shade batches together, so a 200-room resort does not end up with three tints of the same beige.

What we supply

Six lines that cover the full floor build-up, from the tile itself to the setting materials that decide whether it stays flat.

01

Glazed Porcelain

600×600 and 600×1200 formats in marble, concrete and wood looks. The default for living areas: a dense body, a stain-resistant glaze, and joints that read fine at 2 mm.

02

Full-Body Porcelain

Through-body colour for lobbies, corridors and retail, where chips show. Scratches and small impacts stay visually flat instead of flashing white at the damage point.

03

Anti-Slip & Outdoor

R11 and R12 textured porcelain for pool decks, terraces, entrances and wet rooms. It holds grip when the surface is wet and soapy, which is when polished tiles turn hazardous.

04

Ceramic Wall Tile

The lighter, lower-cost pairing for bathroom and kitchen walls above the floor line, tone-matched to the porcelain so the vertical and horizontal joints disappear.

05

Skirting, Stairs & Trims

Rectified skirting, stair nosings, coping and expansion profiles in matching body colour, so transitions do not break the floor plane at doorways and step edges.

06

Setting Materials

Flexible adhesives for substrate movement, epoxy grout where hygiene matters, and the movement-joint layout that keeps a large format floor from tenting at the joints.

The numbers we specify to

Every quotation states these figures explicitly, so your consultant or QS can check the tile against the spec without guesswork.

PEI IV–VWear class for heavy residential and commercial traffic
R10–R12Slip rating (DIN 51130), R11 minimum for wet areas

Where these floors go

Villa living areas, hotel lobbies and guestrooms, resort pool decks, clinic corridors and retail floors, each with a different wear and cleaning profile.

From brief to site, documented.

Every tile order follows the same disciplined path, so formats, quantities and budgets stay predictable from quotation to container.

01

Brief & BOQ

We read your drawings and area schedule, confirm traffic class, slip rating and finish level, and price the tile line per m² within your overall BOQ, FOB or CIF.

02

Sample & Batch

You approve a strike-off or cutting sample first. Production is then locked to one shade batch and caliber, with batch numbers printed on every carton and on the packing list.

03

QC, Pack & Ship

Each batch is checked for flatness, shade and calibration, export-packed with the cutting allowance calculated from your room dimensions, then consolidated with the rest of your materials.

Why buy tiles through INDECO

Factory-direct access in Foshan, batch discipline, and a floor specification checked against your substrate before anything is cut.

01

Factory-Direct Pricing

Foshan factories, no import middlemen. The tile line is quoted per m² alongside the rest of your BOQ, so you see exactly what the floor costs and what it ships for.

02

Batch Discipline

One shade batch per area, caliber-calibrated, with an 8–10% cutting allowance calculated from your room dimensions before the container is loaded.

03

Substrate Reality Check

Flatness, falls and movement joints are checked against your drawings before production, so the tiles you paid for arrive for a floor that can actually receive them.

Floor tile questions

The five questions clients ask most before ordering tiles for a hot-climate project.

What tile size and thickness should I choose for a villa in a hot climate?

For living areas, 600×600 or 600×1200 at 9–10 mm is the practical range: large formats mean fewer joints, but the slab must be flat to within 3 mm over 2 m or the tile will rock and the edges will lippage. We confirm substrate flatness against your drawings before recommending a format.

Are your tiles suitable for outdoor use around pools?

Yes. R11 or R12 textured porcelain with water absorption under 0.5%, laid on flexible adhesive with epoxy grout. Avoid polished finishes outdoors regardless of the slip rating, because soap and sunscreen films defeat even a mildly textured surface.

Can you match a sample or reproduce a competitor's product?

Send the physical sample or a clear photo. Foshan factories reproduce most commercial marble, concrete and wood looks, and we return a strike-off sample for your approval before production starts. Colour matching under your site lighting is always part of the sample step.

How do you keep colour consistent across a large order?

Tiles are produced in shade batches and caliber-calibrated for size. We hold one batch per area, record batch numbers on the packing list, and calculate the cutting allowance from room dimensions, so the last carton laid is the same tone as the first.

What is the lead time and minimum order?

Stock lines ship in 2–3 weeks; custom glaze, format or trim orders run 4–6 weeks. A 20 ft container typically carries roughly 1,200–1,500 m² of 600×600 porcelain, and we consolidate tiles with your sanitary, doors and lighting to fill it efficiently.

Request tile samples and pricing.

Send your drawings, area schedule or BOQ and we will return a priced tile line with formats, slip ratings, lead times and FOB/CIF options for your port.
