Lighting & Electrical
LED lighting, switches and wiring accessories for villas, hotels and offices: dimmable, low-energy and IP-rated, supplied in project quantities from Foshan.
Lighting fails first in the heat.
Drivers cook inside enclosed fixtures, cheap sockets loosen their grip as plastics creep in the afternoon sun, and the first storm night takes out an unprotected run of downlights in one voltage spike. Lighting is the most visible system in a finished room, and it is the one clients notice fastest when it flickers.
INDECO supplies lighting and wiring accessories chosen for the conditions: LED drivers with surge protection, fittings rated by IP for wet and outdoor zones, and switches and sockets built for 220–240 V with the shutters and grip that local inspection expects. Quantities are checked against your lighting layout, so a 60-key hotel does not arrive three pendants short.
What we supply
Six lines from the decorative fitting to the plate on the wall, specced for heat, dust and humidity.
LED Downlights & Spots
Recessed, surface and track spots with surge-protected drivers, cut-out sizes matched to the ceiling system quoted alongside them.
Pendants & Chandeliers
Decorative lighting made to your suspension height, from lobby statements to guestroom pendants, with the drop length confirmed at drawing stage.
Switches & Sockets
220–240 V shuttered sockets and switches in standard trade plate sizes, with USB and data modules where the schedule calls for them.
Outdoor & Site Lighting
IP65 and IP66 wall lights, spike spots and bollards for terraces, driveways and resort paths, with gaskets that survive dust season.
Emergency & Exit
Maintained and non-maintained emergency packs and exit signs with test switches, for corridors and stairwells where the rules demand them.
Wiring Accessories
Junction boxes, isolators, ceiling roses and back boxes in the plate systems your electrician already stocks, quoted with the fittings.
The numbers we specify to
Lighting quality is a set of figures, and these are the ones that separate a scheme that holds from one that flickers by year two.
Where these fittings go
Hotel lobbies and guestrooms, restaurant dining rooms, villa living areas and commercial floors, each with a different control and cleaning profile.
From brief to site, documented.
Lighting quantities come off a drawing, not off a showroom wall, so the counts are checked before the order is placed.
Layout & Schedule
We read your lighting layout and ceiling plan, confirm IP rating per zone and control type per room, and price the line by fitting with quantities checked against the drawing.
Sample & Spec
Fitting samples and finish swatches go out for approval, including a lit sample for decorative pieces where the colour temperature has to be judged in the room.
QC, Pack & Ship
Each fitting is checked for driver, gasket and finish quality, packed in foam-lined cartons with the schedule referenced, then consolidated with your other materials.
Why buy lighting through INDECO
Fittings chosen by zone, quantities checked against the drawing, and lighting that ships with the ceiling it sits in.
Zone-By-Zone Rating
IP ratings and driver protection follow the room: IP44 in wet zones, IP65 outdoors, sealed fittings where dust season finds every gap.
Counts That Add Up
Quantities are checked line by line against your layout, with spares recommended, so the site is never short three pendants on install day.
One Shipment
Lighting consolidates with ceilings, joinery and furniture, and container sequence is planned so fittings arrive with the trades that install them.

The five questions clients ask most before ordering lighting for a hot-climate project.
What colour temperature should we use?
3000K for living areas, guestrooms and dining rooms, where warmth reads as comfort. 4000K for kitchens, offices and task areas, where colour judgement matters. We state the temperature per room on the schedule so the scheme stays consistent.
Are the fittings rated for outdoor use?
Outdoor fittings are IP65 as a minimum, with gasketed lenses and drain paths. In bathrooms we spec IP44 for zone 2 and above, and nothing unrated goes into a wet zone regardless of how it looks.
How do you handle voltage spikes?
Drivers are surge-protected as standard, and we advise a whole-house surge protection device at the distribution board. Storm nights are the single biggest killer of LED runs in this region, and the SPD costs less than the fittings it saves.
Are the lights dimmable?
Most lines are trailing-edge dimmable, and the compatible dimmer is stated in the schedule. Where your designer wants scene control, we spec the control system with the fittings so the drivers and dimmers are matched from the start.
How are quantities confirmed?
We check counts line by line against your lighting layout, flag any fitting without a position, and recommend a small spares percentage for breakages during install. Decorative pendants are confirmed for drop length at drawing stage.
