Sanitary & Bath

WCs, basins, faucets and shower systems specified for hard water and high humidity, delivered with full rough-in kits, supplied from Foshan to African and Gulf projects.

The wet room is where a building fails first.

Scale from hard water eats cartridges and aerators, humidity swells poor-quality board, and a concealed frame that was never specced properly leaks into the room below. In East Africa and the Gulf, the bathroom takes more punishment per square metre than any other room, and it is the room clients complain about loudest when it fails.

INDECO supplies sanitary ware chosen for the water and the cleaning regime it will actually face: glazed vitreous china, brass-bodied mixers with ceramic cartridges, and concealed frames rated for the load. Every WC and basin ships with its full rough-in kit, so the installer is never improvising a connector at 11pm the night before handover.

What we supply

Six lines covering guest bathrooms, family bathrooms, staff facilities and clinic wash areas, from the fitting to the frame behind the wall.

01

WCs

Close-coupled and wall-hung pans in glazed vitreous china, dual-flush 3/6 litre as standard, with fully glazed trapways that clean down in one pass.

02

Washbasins

Countertop, undermount and semi-recessed basins in gloss and matt finishes, with overflow protection and tap holes that match the mixer you chose.

03

Faucets & Mixers

Brass bodies with ceramic disc cartridges rated for hard water, in chrome, brushed nickel and matt black, with serviceable aerators and replaceable seals.

04

Shower Systems

Thermostatic mixers, rain heads, hand showers and glass panels in 3C tempered glass, balanced so the temperature holds when a tap opens elsewhere in the building.

05

Bathtubs

Acrylic and stone-resin tubs, drop-in and freestanding, with waste and overflow kits matched to the panel finish and the frame depth behind the wall.

06

Rough-In Kits & Accessories

Concealed cistern frames, traps, flexible hoses, towel bars, paper holders and robe hooks, quoted as part of the fitting rather than an afterthought on site.

The numbers we specify to

Wet-area fittings live or die on these figures, so we state them on every quotation instead of leaving them to the brand catalogue.

From brief to site, documented.

Wet areas are unforgiving of substitutions, so the sanitary line is specced room by room before anything is ordered.

01

Brief & Schedule

We read your bathroom drawings and water report, confirm pan type, mixer finish and frame depth per room, and price the sanitary line within your overall BOQ, FOB or CIF.

02

Sample & Spec

Finish swatches and cartridge samples go out for approval, and the rough-in schedule is issued to your installer so the frames, traps and connectors are right the first time.

03

QC, Pack & Ship

Fittings are checked for glaze quality, cartridge action and carton completeness, export-packed in foam-lined cartons, then consolidated with your tiles and joinery.

Why buy sanitary ware through INDECO

Hard-water-first specification, complete rough-in kits, and fittings that ship in the same container as your floor.

01

Hard Water First

Cartridges, aerators and seals are selected for mineral scale and high TDS water, not for a European mains supply. Descaling guidance ships with every consignment.

02

Nothing Improvised

Frames, traps, hoses and connectors are quoted with the fitting, so a wall-hung pan arrives with the steel behind it and the pipework to match.

03

One Shipment

Sanitary ware consolidates with tiles, doors, lighting and furniture, so the wet rooms arrive complete and the refurbishment cycle stays short.

Sanitary ware questions

The five questions clients ask most before ordering bathroom fittings for a hot-climate project.

Will these fixtures cope with hard water?

Yes. Ceramic disc cartridges and brass bodies handle mineral scale far better than ball-valve designs, and aerators are serviceable rather than sealed. We also include a descaling and maintenance note with every consignment so housekeeping knows the routine.

Wall-hung or close-coupled WC?

Wall-hung suits hotel rooms and small bathrooms because the floor stays clear for cleaning and the pan height is fixed. Close-coupled is simpler where frame depth behind the wall is tight, which is common in retrofit villas.

Do you supply spare parts later?

For ten years. Cartridges, seals, flush valves and handles are held against your batch record, so a failed valve in year three is a small parcel, not a full replacement pan.

Can you match fittings we already have?

Send a photo of the existing fitting. Chrome, brushed nickel and matt black are matched to standard trade references, and for unusual finishes we send swatches before the order is placed.

What is the lead time and minimum order?

Stock lines ship in 2–3 weeks; special finishes and custom shower panels run 4–6 weeks. Project orders start at a part-container, and we consolidate sanitary ware with your tiles and joinery to fill it efficiently.

Request sanitary ware pricing and samples.

Send your bathroom drawings or a room schedule and we will return a priced sanitary line with finishes, rough-in details, lead times and FOB/CIF options for your port.
