Kitchen & Wardrobe
Custom cabinetry made to your dimensions in moisture-resistant board, with quartz or sintered stone tops and soft-close hardware, built in Foshan.
Site walls and container modules never agree.
Stock cabinetry assumes a level wall, a square corner and a European appliance. African and Gulf sites deliver none of those reliably, and a kitchen that was 5 mm proud at the drawing stage becomes a 20 mm gap filled with silicone at handover. That is why our joinery is made to dimension: surveyed, drawn, then cut to the numbers your site actually has.
INDECO builds kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and media walls in Foshan workshops, in the same consolidation as your tiles, sanitary and furniture. Substrates are chosen for humidity, fronts are edge-banded and finished to the approved sample, and hardware is soft-close as standard, so a 60-unit apartment block arrives with 60 kitchens that all close the same way.
The joinery scope
Six lines covering the wet and storage rooms of a home, hotel or apartment, all made to the same dimension discipline.
Kitchens
Base, wall and tall units, islands and appliance housing, dimensioned to your room and your appliance list, with the stone top quoted in the same schedule.
Wardrobes & Walk-Ins
Hanging, shelving and drawer systems made to the wall, with internal lighting and mirror panels where the drawing calls for them.
Vanities & Bath Storage
Wall-hung and floor vanities in moisture-resistant board, sized around the basin and the trap position rather than a standard 600 mm module.
TV Units & Media Walls
Full-wall joinery with cable routes, ventilation gaps and equipment recesses, finished to the approved front sample.
Stone Tops
Quartz, sintered stone or granite tops and splashbacks, templated from the cabinetry drawing so cut-outs land where the taps and hob sit.
Metal Screens & Louvers
Powder-coated aluminium screens, louvered doors and wardrobe fronts, for a material contrast that survives humidity where timber will not.
How our cabinetry is built
Three decisions decide whether a kitchen survives year five: the carcass, the front, and the hardware.
Carcass & Substrate
Moisture-resistant MDF or marine plywood boxes, dowelled and screwed at the joints, with sealed edges and raised plinths that keep water off the base rail.
Fronts & Finish
Lacquer, veneer, foil or PET fronts, all edge-banded before finishing, so the edge and the face weather at the same rate instead of the edge opening first.
Hardware & Stone
Soft-close hinges and runners as standard, stainless where the site is coastal, and quartz or sintered tops templated from the cabinetry drawing.
Flat-packed, numbered, drawable.
Cabinetry ships flat-packed with foam protection, numbered cartons and an install drawing set per room, so a site team can assemble a kitchen without the workshop present. Stone tops travel face-to-face with foam interleaving, and hardware kits are labelled to match the carton numbers.
Projects this joinery is built for
Private villas, serviced apartments and hotel suites, each with its own appliance list, humidity profile and install window.
From brief to site, documented.
Made-to-dimension joinery runs on surveys and approvals, and every approval is written down.
Survey & Drawings
We issue survey sheets against your plan, confirm appliance models and services positions, and return shop drawings with the stone template plan included.
Sample & Approval
Front, edge and finish samples go out for sign-off. One prototype unit is built for multi-room projects, at cost, credited against the order.
Production & Ship
Units are cut to the approved drawings, hardware-fitted, numbered and packed with install drawings, then consolidated with the rest of your materials.
Why order joinery from INDECO
Dimension discipline, substrates chosen for humidity, and joinery that ships with everything else in one plan.
Made To The Site
Surveyed dimensions, not catalogue modules, so the last cabinet meets the wall instead of leaving a gap for silicone to explain.
Humidity-Proof Build
Moisture-resistant carcasses, sealed edges and raised plinths specified for 60–80% humidity, with marine ply where standing water is possible.
One Install Window
Cabinetry ships with your tiles, sanitary and furniture in one container sequence, so the kitchen, the floor and the appliances arrive together.

The five questions clients ask most before commissioning custom joinery for a hot-climate project.
Moisture-resistant board or marine plywood?
Moisture-resistant MDF carries painted and foil fronts cleanly and is the default for kitchens and wardrobes. Marine plywood is specified where standing water is a real risk, such as plinth rails behind dishwashers and vanities in bathrooms with no extractor.
Quartz or sintered stone tops?
Quartz is the value choice for kitchens: repairable, consistent, and priced per metre with cut-outs included. Sintered stone earns its price where heat and UV matter, such as outdoor kitchens and west-facing barbecue recesses.
What hardware grade comes as standard?
Soft-close hinges and drawer runners as standard, cycle-tested rather than claimed. For coastal projects we upgrade to stainless hinges and runners, stated on the schedule so the price difference is visible.
Do you need a site survey?
We issue survey sheets that your site team completes and photographs, including wall straightness, corner angles and services positions. For complex rooms we can survey remotely over video before drawings are issued.
What is the lead time?
Made-to-dimension joinery runs 5–7 weeks from approved drawings and samples, plus shipping. We schedule joinery after long-lead items so the container sequence lands in the order your install needs.
